The Barbaresco DOCG 2016 of the Producers of Barbaresco is of a beautiful garnet red color with ruby reflections, on the nose there are aromas of ripe red fruit such as currant and blueberry, light spicy notes. On the palate it captures a great structure, with powerful and soft tannins. Available in 750 ml bottle.
Barbera Monferrato Superiore DOCG is produced with 90% Barbera grapes and 10% Freisa grapes, it goes well with red meats, fresh cheeses and medium-aged cheeses. Visually it has a nice dark burgundy red color. The nose perceives aromas of cherry, plum, black cherry, with hints of vanilla and cocoa. On the palate the taste is full and long. Barbera Oltrepò Pavese DOC DodiciDodici is produced with Barbera grapes. Fruity aroma with hints of red fruit and ripe fruit. On the palate it is fresh and enveloping with a good persistence. This Barolo DOCG Perno vigna cappella santo stefano 2013 is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from Barolo. Is a great red wine, produced in an ancient vineyard of only 6 hectares in "Perno" of Monforte d’Alba. It is the ideal wine to combine with elaborate dishes like all truffle-based recipes, meat dishes, first courses based on porcini mushrooms, aged cheeses.
