La Macelleria aderisce al Consorzio La Granda - un Presidio Slow Food razza Piemontese. Gestisce allevamenti di suini allo stato semibrado (razza Mora Romagnola e Cinta Senese), polli e pollastre ruspanti, ed ha creato una filiera dedicata alle carni degli ungulati selvatici nell’Appennino Bolognese. Il negozio può vantare titoli quale migliore norcineria di Italia (premio Accademia ST), di bottega storica sede didattica Slow Food ed è meta di gourmet e turisti durante tutto l'anno.

It is the most classic of ragout. The use of selected beef meat and pork meat, makes this sauce an excellent ready-to use ragout to season any type of pasta. To enhance all the scents and flavors of the ingredients, we recommend that you heat the traditional ragout over low heat in a pan for a few minutes. Toss the drained pasta with the ragout and serve it immediately.
