There are many ways to communicate an emotion, and here at the Decimi family we have chosen to do so by becoming olive growers and millers for passion and for love of our land. The goal is to produce a limited selection of extremely high quality extra virgin olive oil, which in a 'holistic' way will follow the needs of taste and health, and will be capable of transmitting an emotion to both body and spirit. If Umbria is the green heart of Italy and Assisi its spiritual heart, Bettona is the Etruscan terrace from which to admire it all immersed in the silvery Umbrian hills. Our company is located right in the Municipality of Bettona on the slopes of the Martani Mountains, the ancient cradle of our olive groves. The pride of our company is to personally manage all operations, starting from those "in the field". With great skill in cultivation methods, the olive varieties of Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and San Felice manage to preserve their natural biodiversity and to express their character in the oils we extract.
