Filotea Pappardelle is a type of Italian egg pasta.

This Italian egg pasta is made according to an ancient recipe from Marche region, which mainly follows the same preparation method of our grandmas.

Filotea Pappardelle are made with a mixture of fresh eggs from free-range hens, durum wheat semolina and Italian soft wheat flour.

The manufacturing process is artisanal, the dough is rolled out by hand and drying is slow and at low temperatures.

This patient, artisanal preparation guarantees a unique product which is incredibly light and easy to digest, while its textured surface helps to absorb sauces thus exalting the flavour of all the ingredients.
