The Mancini Paccheri Pasta is produced with a blend of Italian durum wheat.

The three wheat varieties used are the San Carlo, the Levante and the Ariosto and they are planted in the company's fields.

The grain, once ground, is processed within a few days.

The pasta is drawn through a bronze die and processed respecting the traditional craftsmanship.

Thanks to their hollow rugged surface they are great with any kind of sauce, from the full-bodied to the light ones.
