A typical Italian pasta sauce made only with selected Italian meat of the highest quality.

To enhance all the scents and flavours of the ingredients, we recommend that you heat this wild boar ragout over low heat in a pan for a few minutes.

Toss the drained pasta with the ragout and serve it immediately.

Wild boar ragout is also exquisite on canapés, for vol au vent stuffing, and with polenta slices and matches well with full-bodied wines such as Barolo.
