The use of first choice Italian meats make this ragout an excellent condiment to be used with traditional pasta, whole wheat pasta and egg pasta.
To enhance all the scents and flavors of the ingredients, we recommend that you heat this roe deer ragout over low heat in a pan for a few minutes.
Toss the drained pasta with the roe deer ragout and serve it immediately.
