The meat, butchered and processed exclusively on the Bolognese Apennines, it comes from selection hunting and fallow deer control plans. The sauce is cooked according to tradition and it is a ready-to-use sauce, excellent for seasoning any type of pasta. Available in glass jar of 180 gr.

This fallow deer ragout is a ready-to-use pasta sauce.

The use of first choice Italian meats make this ragout an excellent condiment to be used with traditional pasta, whole wheat pasta and egg pasta.

To enhance all the scents and flavors of the ingredients, we recommend that you heat this roe deer ragout over low heat in a pan for a few minutes.

Toss the drained pasta with the roe deer ragout and serve it immediately.

Fallow deer ragout iis also delicious spread on canapes or croutons and over a slice of grilled "polenta".
