Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe at the beginning of the twentieth century, it comes from musts of ripe and dried grapes.

This dressing with balsamic vinegar has great density and sweetness and lets you perceive aromas of plum and red fruit jams that intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla.

Perfect for seasoning the most different types of preparations, from sweet to savory.

Cooked must of late grapes dried on racks; aged wine vinegar.
